FAQ

  • What are your production lead times?

As a sustainability measure and to ensure archival quality, the studio holds no inventory. All works are printed and framed to order.

    • Prints: Please allow 5–7 business days for printing and inspection.

You will receive a tracking number via email the moment your work has been released by the studio.

    Do you ship internationally?

    Yes, we ship worldwide.

Important for International Collectors: Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and will be collected by the carrier upon delivery. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.

    How is the artwork packed?

Unframed prints are rolled in acid-free tissue and shipped in heavy-duty architectural tubes to prevent crushing.

  • Are the works limited edition?

Yes. All photographic works are released in strict limited editions. Once an edition sells out, it will not be reprinted at that size.

Each print is hand-signed and numbered by Chloe Albert on the verso (back) or on the front margin, depending on the series. Every work is accompanied by a signed Certificate of Authenticity (COA) for provenance.

What paper and materials do you use?

We print exclusively on Hahnemühle Photo Rag (310gsm), a museum-grade, 100% cotton paper known for its smooth texture and depth of blacks.

We use archival pigment inks (giclée) which are rated to last over 100 years without fading when displayed properly.

  • What is your return policy?

Because of the delicate nature of the paper and the custom (made-to-order) nature of our production, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact the studio at hello@chloealbertstudio.com within 48 hours. Please include photos of the damage and the exterior packaging so we can file a claim and arrange a replacement immediately.

How should I care for my print?

    • Handling: If you purchased an unframed print, never touch the printed surface with bare fingers. The oils from your skin can damage the pigment. Use cotton gloves or hold the print by the edges only.
    • Hanging: Avoid hanging photography in direct sunlight or in areas of high humidity (like bathrooms), as this can accelerate fading and paper warping over time.
  • Do you work with Interior Designers?

Yes. The studio offers a trade program for interior designers, architects, and art consultants. Please email us with your credentials to request a trade catalogue and pricing.
