Due to the delicate nature of archival pigment prints and the custom production of our frames, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

In the rare event that your work arrives damaged, please contact the studio at hello@chloealbertstudio.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photographs of the damage and the exterior packaging. We will arrange for a priority replacement immediately.
