The studio maintains a zero-inventory model to ensure the archival integrity of every work. Each piece is printed and hand-finished to order in New York.

PRODUCTION TIMELINES

Print Editions: Please allow 5–7 business days for printing, archival inspection, and artist signature.

SHIPPING TIERS & SERVICE

We use a tiered shipping structure to ensure every work is handled with the necessary level of security.

Standard Art Shipping: For unframed prints. Works are wrapped in acid-free tissue and shipped in heavy-duty, reinforced architectural tubes.

DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL POLICIES

Insurance & Tracking: All parcels and crates are fully insured for their retail value. A tracking number will be provided immediately upon dispatch. A signature is required for all framed and original works.

International Collectors: We ship worldwide via DHL Express. Please note that import duties, VAT, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient. For original works or large-scale installations shipping outside of North America, please contact the studio for a bespoke logistics quote.

Damages: In the rare event that a work arrives damaged, please document the packaging and the artwork and contact hello@chloealbertstudio.com within 48 hours of delivery for a priority replacement or repair.
